IMS Payroll has been processing pays for NZ businesses for over 20 years. It is a solid payroll with all the features needed for a large business plus a great selection of add on's (see below). IMS may be networked and the licensing works on the total number of employees (i.e a multi-company license). Suitable for payrolls from 5 to 2,000 employees. This Payroll starts from $299 + GST (up to 10 employees). Annual support starts from $319 + GST. This payroll can be networked at no extra charge.
Contains all the necessary features needed by Kiwi employers. IMS automatically tracks all leave types including parental leave, costs employees to an unlimited no of cost centres, IRD filing, integrates to MYOB, manages KiwiSaver, creates bank DC files, maintains employee history and much more.
IMS comes with employee self service (for leave claims & payslips), timesheets & rostering and a fully integrated human resources system. It also has a number of add-on modules if you need them.

Timesheets & Rostering
IMS Online Max is a timesheet system that enables staff to submit online timesheets to their managers for approval. Max automatically calculates payments based on business rules that are customised to exact contract/award conditions. The timesheets can handle allowances, weekend & night penalties, public holiday worked payments, etc.
Employee Self Service
IMS Online Express allows employees to submit leave requests online (pc or smartphones) and for managers to approve leave requests online. Employees can also view payslips and change personal details. Managers have access to KPI reporting.
Allows you to record basic HR details within the payroll software, for example: Emergency contacts, 90 day review dates, completed training courses, annual review date, pay reviews, qualifications, first aid certificates or define your own category that suits your needs.
