How do I know which course is right for me?
Choosing the right course to suit your accounting and MYOB needs can be a little confusing. If you’d like help selecting the best option, or would like more information about any of our courses, simply contact us by email or speak to us on 0508 GO MYOB.
Do you have set start dates or can I start whenever it suits?
We have flexible start dates, so you are able to start any week that suits you.
What equipment and skills do I need to have?
You will require a computer with internet access and email. You need to be competent using a computer and mouse with Ms-Windows. Some courses are advanced and require a working knowledge of MYOB accounting.
How will I receive my course materials?
Depending on the course you choose, you will receive a step-by-step workbook and MYOB CD, which will arrive by mail. You will also receive starter files which will be emailed to you by email. These files need to be copied to a folder on your PC.
Who can help me when I get stuck?
As part of the course we offer a one hour on-line training session. The purpose of this is to cover your specific questions on the course. The session can be taken at the beginning, middle or end of the course (most people benefit towards the end). You will emailed a link which gives yourself and your tutor access to the same computer. You will need access to a telephone or for the session.
What happens if I need to take a break from my course?
One of the great benefits of studying with us is that you can study at your own pace. If you need to take time out for any reason, that’s up to you.
