Question: I’ve entered some transactions in December but now cannot find them. They were definitely saved and recorded.

Answer: This is a common problem at the end of the calendar year. The system (computer) date is now 2009 so December transactions have undoubtedly been recorded as December 2009 instead of 2008. We suggest you use your transaction journal or “Future dated transactions” report (under accounts) to locate these ‘missing’ entries. Redate them then move on!
